ATTENTION! EVERY PERSON, ADULT OR CHILD, MUST HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER OR THEY ARE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING. THE WAIVER HAS A SECTION FOR CHILDREN'S NAMES TO BE INCLUDED ON THE ADULT WAIVER.

Please be patient, the weather has prevented the parking lots from being completed, however, the contractor is ready to finish them ASAP. Also, marking and GPS coordinates of trails are in the works. We plan on making improvements continually.

Rules as set forth by the owner.

Aetna Mountain Adventures: ATV and 4 wheel drive vehicle rules

All people entering the property must have a waiver signed.
Helmets are required at all times while operating or riding as a passenger on any ATV or motorized bike. (Does not apply to street legal vehicles, or side by sides with roll cages and seat belts.)
No driving under the influence.
All riders and passengers enter the property and ride at your own risk.
No littering. Pack it in, pack it out.
Anyone riding in an unsafe manner or creating damage to property or risking the safety of other riders may have privileges revoked.
No riding on closed trails.
Allow room for the passage of other vehicles.
Two way access on all roads unless otherwise posted.
Speed limit 15 mph on all roads and trails.
Access by street legal 4 wheel drive vehicles: use Aetna Mt. road
The trail from the yellow gate to the bridge at the top is steep, treacherous and does not allow for 2 way traffic. Thus uphill traffic will be from the top of the hour until 25 minutes after; downhill traffic from 30 minutes after the hour until 5 minutes to the next hour. If traffic control personnel are present, follow their directions. This is not a road, it will not accommodate street legal vehicles.
Anyone caught without permission will be asked to leave and may be prosecuted for trespassing.
Anyone caught on unmarked trails or making your own trails may be removed without refund.
The pay center at the parking area has a drop box for members that bring a guest. This is how it works:
1. The guest must have a waiver filled out or must fill one out and put in drop box.
2. If the guest is riding in the members machine there is no additional fee!
3. If the guest has their own machine they must also pay a fee of $25 for driver and $8 for each rider in their machine.
4. The member/key holder is responsible for letting the guest in and out of the gates. Also, they need to be sure their guest follow all area rules.
This was made to be an asset for our valuable members to be able to have fun with their guests and, hopefully, their guests become members one day. Thank you!
