What's scaling? That's the part of CrossFit many people don't understand. They see those crazy YouTube videos or The CrossFit Games on ESPN and conclude CrossFit isn't for them. Wrong!

Scaling means we will always adjust the workout to your individual ability level. We will meet you where you are, starting in our Boot Camp or On-Ramp Programs. For specialty athletes, we offer weightlifting and endurance programs.

It all happens in a great atmosphere that will bring out the best in you. You will see athletes giving their all and people cheering on each other until everyone has finished. You will see high-fives, fist pounds, hugs.

CrossFit defines fitness as "increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains" with a program of "constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements."

The idea is to prepare you for anything life might throw at you. Our members, run, row, lift weights, jump up on boxes, and flip tires. We use pull-up bars, medicine balls, gymnastics rings, and much else. But here's the key point:

You will never be asked to do anything until one of our expert coaches is satisfied you're ready.
