AILA participates in advocacy before Congress, the Judiciary, the Federal Agencies and the media on immigration-related issues of interest to our clients and society. The organization educates the public on which U.S. immigration laws and policies serve the national interest by reuniting American families, protecting refugees and providing U.S. employers with the specialized skills they need to remain globally competitive. AILA fosters knowledge and professionalism in our members by enhancing their litigation capabilities to ensure just administration of the law and assists members in effectively and competently pursuing their law practices.
