Alpaca fiber is stronger and warmer than wool but is soft like Cashmere. It is a light-weight hollow fiber that is anti-microbial.

Augusta Creek Farms started in 2004, doing the show circuit for alpacas. It was busy, but fun. We won several First Place ribbons and a few Grand Championships, competing against farms that were much larger than us. Our alpacas are from full-Peruvian blood lines and we know how to produce the finest fiber.
