Each 30-minute HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise (cardio, weights, and body weight), followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Basically, 30 guilt-free-all-about-you minutes with no kids, no job, no school, no worries that will make you feel good, lose weight, and meet some amazing like-minded people! It's a win win!
