They were hand formed, seasoned and grilled on a char broiler, served on a buttered toasted bun with fresh crisp lettuce, thinly sliced onion, lightly sour dill pickle chips with mustard, mayonnaise or ketchup. It took 4 or 5 napkins to get through it! We do and that is exactly where we start. Then we really get going with house made steak sauce, Apple wood smoked bacon and smoked cheddar cheese.
