Mindi Iannarelli, owner and trainer of Elemental Fitness Florida (EFF). I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I love taking fitness out of the gym and bringing it to the beach, park, trail, etc. "Fit outside the box!"

EFF was started with the objective to increase the overall health and wellness of those in our community by providing the accessibility, convenience and customization of portable/mobile personal training.
