WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES?
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, your stroller and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in pre and postnatal fitness, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to their roles as Mom. We help give moms the STRENGTH for motherhood!

WHAT IS STROLLER BARRE?
One of the most popular and addictive exercise classes in the country - and for good reason. This is a fresh NEW workout method that blends the best of Ballet, Pilates and Barre classes in to one! Great for all levels, this one hour class will challenge you from beginning to end. Everyone is welcome and this class may be taken with your little one(s) in the stroller. It is a perfect way to cross train with or without baby. Stroller Barre effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body using a variety of handheld equipment and the environment. Movements are generally small, controlled, very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is the primary focus in this class. The entire body and mind are constantly working throughout the workout to enhance your posture, burn fat and transform your body.

WHAT IS OUR VILLAGE?
Introducing the Our Village Moms Club powered by Fit4Mom of Phoenix & Scottsdale! Each month we will host play dates, Moms' nights out and other activities for both you and your family. You'll not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will help to build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and laughter! There is tremendous power in women coming together for a cause and this is why we will also have "moms on a mission" programs to support local causes. Come join us at one of our play dates!

WHAT IS FIT4BABY?
Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.
Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom.
