Immanuel Lutheran Church is part of the Oregon Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
The congregation was started by Norwegian immigrants in the late 1800's and now has a multi-ethnic membership and outreach.
After experiencing devastating church fires in 1975 and 1995, the congregation has rebuilt the facilities to serve people in Silverton and the surrounding Willamette Valley. People commute from across the Willamette Valley to participate in the worship life, fellowship, and mission of Immanuel.
God is moving in the lives of people at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Silverton, Oregon. We are a passionate, community-based congregation seeking to understand God's vision for our church.
