Neurosurgical Specialists of West County is a private practice providing comprehensive care of patients with brain, spine and peripheral nerve problems. We are the only neurosurgical group providing around the clock trauma and neurosurgical coverage at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Our team consists of four Neurosurgeons and four Physician Assistants who work together to provide personal professional care. We are dedicated to helping our patients navigate the complexities of the health care system, while striving to bring a sense of compassion to those dealing with serious problems with diseases of their brain and spine.

Our surgeons are fellowship trained in several subspecialty areas of Neurosurgery including cerebrovascular disease, neuro-endovascular surgery and skull base surgery. Our board certified neurosurgeons specialize in surgery on the brain and spine and offer the latest techniques in minimally invasive spine surgery, radio surgery, stereotactic brain surgery and endovascular neurosurgery.
