Our studio offers family fitness in a comfortable setting, using martial arts training to connect with members of any age or experience level. Students as young as 5 and as old as 90 enjoy benefits of membership in PAK’S programs, as they actively practice the life-enriching art of Tang Soo Do.

PAK’S offers expert martial arts instruction in the art of Tang Soo Do, from beginner to advanced levels. Students and trainers at our studio travel a lifelong journey of enlightenment.
