SkyFitness is a general fitness class that incorporates strength, cardio and flexibility training. Designed by our fitness director, Bob Dekker, the goal of the SkyFitness class is to increase functional capacity to preform everyday tasks. During each class, participants jump for height and direction, perform strength training exercises for legs, upper body and core as well as stretching at the beginning and end of each class. To monitor energy expenditure we encourage laughing, talking to your friends and classmates or singing along with the background music. SkyFitness meets on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm. One hour after beginning a SkyFitness class you will be a healthier and happier person!
