The Whey Station is a mobile food truck serving a creative menu of gourmet grilled cheese, specialty hot dogs and "truck-made" soups. We pride ourselves on making as much as possible from scratch, from our ketchup and relish to our own smoked tomatoes for our vegetarian smoked tomato bisque. We use only the best quality ingredients and strive to find unique accompaniments such as Zapp's Chips from Louisiana and Vignette Wine Sodas.
The Whey Station is comprised of a husband and wife team. Jillian Moskites has a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University as well as 11 years of restaurant and specialty food experience with a focus on gourmet cheese. Joshua Moskites attended Johnson and Wales Culinary Program and has 8 years experience in restaurants and specialty foods. Together they have combined their passion for gourmet cheese and homestyle cooking to create the Whey Station.
