Wheaton Performance currently offers the following services:
+ Team Push IT - Group classes to get in shape and stay in shape with fun yet challenging activities such as relay races, individual competitions, and fit games. Classes range from 10-15 people.
+ Small Group Training - exercise program designed to meet the needs of each small group member of 2-5 people who share similar goals.
+ Private Training - one-on-one program designed specific to your needs and goals.
+ Athlete Training - Programs designed to rehab or progress athletes to maximum performance levels.
